Nieux Society is looking for a smaller new home as its lease at the Eiffel Tower building ends, according to Axios New Orleans’ October 9 report. A relocation date and new address have not been announced in that report.

The unusual building at 2040 St. Charles Avenue, on the corner of Josephine Street, is listed for $2,825,000. The McEnery Company’s offering describes an existing bar, kitchen, performance stage and gated parking. Any future use would depend on the necessary approvals.

The sale listing predates today’s reporting.
