Camp Street at North Maestri remains closed until 8:30 p.m. Sunday, October 11, according to the city’s festival traffic advisory. The closure has been in place since Thursday evening for the Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival.
Sunday’s festival hours are 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The city expects delays and heavy foot traffic around Lafayette Square, Gallier Hall and the nearby blocks of Camp Street and St. Charles Avenue. NOPD may add intermittent closures as crowds change.
If you are parking nearby, follow posted signs. City crews will be checking for illegal parking.
The city recommends using transit, rideshare or a bicycle when possible. Bike Easy is offering a festival bicycle valet. The advisory also links to RTA trip planning and current service information.
