Bayou Beer Garden changes Sunday admission to ages 30 and older

The new rule applies all day on Sundays and requires a physical ID. Keep that in mind before making next weekend’s plans.

Bayou Beer Garden has announced a new Sunday admission rule: guests must be at least 30 and bring a valid physical ID. The restriction applies all day on Sundays.

The business laid out the change in its October 2 public statement, posted jointly with Bayou Wine Garden. The statement also says security will increase.

WWL’s report confirms that the Sunday policy was scheduled to start October 4. If you’re arranging a group outing for the next Sunday, October 11, check everyone’s age and bring the actual ID with you.

This is a Sunday rule

The announcement specifically limits the change to Sundays. It does not announce a new 30-and-older requirement for Monday’s Saints game or every other day of the week.

For current hours and any later changes, check the Gardens’ own announcements before going. The practical change is the Sunday entry requirement, so plan around that rather than assuming last weekend’s routine still applies.
